Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We only accept items that are new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have never been worn and if their original seals are intact.
Personalized or limited-edition products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Size or Product Exchange
If the size isn’t right or you would like to replace your item with a different model, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
Each piece of jewelry can be exchanged up to a maximum of two times, with proof of purchase or receipt.
Gifts
Received a gift that doesn’t fit or isn’t quite your style? No problem. Gifted items can also be exchanged within 30 days, as long as they meet the conditions of integrity listed above.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number along with the item you wish to return.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your return.
We recommend using our tracked return service to ensure maximum security; any loss or damage during transit will not be covered unless the official return process is followed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
If you return your entire order, the standard shipping costs paid at checkout will also be refunded.
Order Cancellation
Due to the fast processing of orders, cancellations are not possible once an order has been confirmed.
If you wish to refuse delivery, please do not accept the package; once it is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund according to the terms stated above.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will replace the product with a new one, compatible with Pandora bracelets, or issue a full refund.
